Charlotte Rich Joseph was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She graduated from Albuquerque High School and UNM School of Law.

Charlotte brings a wealth of experience to Jackson Law. Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte clerked at the New Mexico Court of Appeals for the Honorable Timothy L. Garcia and the Honorable Michael E. Vigil. Charlotte also has federal government administrative experience as she practiced immigration law and worked for the Social Security Administration.

Charlotte specializes in personal injury claims and serving as Guardian ad Litem.
